NFLPA Professional Athletes Disability

As covered by the Bert Bell/Pete Rozelle NFL Player Retirement Plan you may be entitled to receive Line of Duty, Neurocognitive disability, or Total & Permanent Disability benefits. Compensation is awarded for Permanent Disabilities caused by work related injuries, either specific injuries and/or cumulative injuries. The examining doctors determine the level of permanent disability. The benefits will vary depending on the level of permanent disability and the date of injury. The amount of monetary recovery will also vary due to date of injury and level of disability. If you are totally and permanently disabled, not only can we assist you with that claim, but we can also help you with your social security disability claim.
